Re: Worship – what happened? The answer is pop culture under commercial pressure with a large bucket of emotion and an anti-theology filter.
I find it funny that in the ‘happy clappy’ days of the Charismatic movement, contemporary worship songs were often full of scripture and solid theology, but now they’ve gone mainstream they can look like the above.
